Making it: From Dough to Dish

Inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, but using only fresh British produce, Trullo's head chef Tim Siadatan has managed to cook his way into the hearts of pasta lovers in London with dishes such as this.  

He shows us just jow easy it is to whip up homemade pasta with a simple sauce perfect for a weekend lunch or weeknight after work dinner. Best enjoyed with something white, dry and crisp.
