Massimo Bottura: Modena Man

Massimo Bottura is chef patron at Osteria Francescana, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Modena, Italy.

His first book, Never Trust A Skinny Italian Chef, is a tribute to his 25 years at the forefront of the gastronomic world. Divided into four chapters, each one dealing with a different period, the book features 50 recipes and accompanying texts explaining Bottura's inspiration, ingredients and techniques.
