S.C.U.M Dine With Me | Cooking with the Band

Here, Thomas Cohen (vocals) and Samuel Kilcoyne (keys) teach us how to prepare their favourite dish, Thai coconut soup, while chatting about their music careers and troubles on the road. Can you eat Tofu in Italy? Apparently not. After being chosen by Portishead to perform at the ATP I'll Be Your Mirror festival in July 2011, their single 'Amber Hands', released by Mute Records received rave reviews on Pitchfork who claimed it to be "the mammoth first single from the London shoegazers." Their debut album, Again Into Eyes was produced by Ken and Jolyon Thomas, also responsible for creating chart toppers for the likes of David Bowie and Sigur Rós.
