The Recipes

1. The Brits Spritz


Ingredients:
35ml Kamm & Sons
15ml Elderflower cordial
50ml Sparkling English wine
50ml Soda water

2. Pomegrannate and Szechuan Cocktail


Ingredients:
50ml of Appleton VX rum
25ml of pomegranate and szechuan mix (pomegranate molases, homemade szechuan pepper syrup)
Dash of angostura bitters
Pink peppercorns and szechuan peppers( roughly 10 of each peppers)
1 egg white
Garnish:
Pink peppercorns and szechuan pappers

3. Pearly Queen


Glass: Hurricane
Ice: Half Cubed
Ingredients:
Lemongrass
Lychee
20ml Coconut cream
15ml Koko Kanu
35ml Havana 7
10ml Lime juice
50ml Pineapple/Lychee premix
Garnish:
Pineapple leaf
Lemon grass
