Talde: Taste of Asia

Dale Talde is passionate about food, the kind of food he knows and loves. Inspired by the smells, sights and sounds of his American-Filipino upbinging, he, along with his business partners, has brought Filipino food kicking and screaming into the adventurous, foodie Brooklyn present. Think pad thai with oysters and bacon.

The eponymous Talde in Park Slope has been featured in various best of lists since opening in 2012, not least 'Best chicken wings in the US' and 'Best Dumplings' – two reasons worth the airfare alone.
